Central Bank of Montenegro had launched a new inter-bank payment system within the second phase of the country’s payment system reform. The new system includes both Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) modules and Bulk Clearing and Settlement System (BCSS). The project had been completed by Hewlett-Packard/CMA consortium in 5 months.
