ABOUT

We are looking for a highlymotivated IT Support engineer tojoin our Support team. You will join a small, expert team that supports theBanking software. The ideal candidate will have a good balance of buildingrelationships with users, solving technical problems and knowledge ofenterprise level systems.

Role

  • Responsible for supporting thecustomization that CMA Small systems has developed
  • Examine code faults, log files, metrics,and other typical troubleshooting approaches to find software flaws
  • Technical support and support of theproject on the implementation of payment systems
  • Administration and support of IT systems;Troubleshooting through analysis of application logs and system software(Oracle DBMS, Windows, Linux)
  • Creating support tickets with hardware andsoftware vendors, carrying out work and implementation, communicating with endcustomers
  • Implement tools and automation toproactively detect security weaknesses

 

       

ALL ABOUT YOU

     

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in anengineering field or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • +2 years of support software engineeringexperience
  • +2 years of working knowledge of PL/SQL
  • +2 yerars of experience with Oracle
  • +1 years of experience with Python, C++.Java or other software development language
  • +1 years of experience with monitoringtools like Prometheus, Grafana
  • Administration and maintenance of Windowsservices (Active directory, WSUS, DNS, Hyper-V, Certificate services, IIS)
  • Administration and maintenance Linuxservices (dockers, NTP, Update, RedHat Satellite, bash scripting, etc.)
  • Storage systems (HPE 3Par, FC, NFS)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (RSA AuthenticationManager)
  • Familiarity with the Kubernetes
  • Experience with Tomcat / JBoss
  • Must be able to understand integratedsystems and their dependencies
  • Exceptional customer relationship skillsand timely decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines andcommitments
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish
